Australian and New Zealand Endocrine Surgeons is a society of specialist surgeons that aims to achieve the highest standards in the practice of endocrine surgery. Dr Hazel Serrao-Brown is a member of ANZES specialist surgeons. She has completed the TS Reeve International Endocrine Surgery Fellowship at the Royal North Shore Hospital.

RACS is the leading advocate for surgical standards, professionalism and surgical education in Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. RACS members are highly qualified specialist surgeons who stay up-to-date with the latest developments in their area of expertise. 

The key function of GSA is to ensure the provision of high quality, comprehensive Specialist General Surgical services, including emergency and elective services, to the Australian community. This is achieved through specialist training, continuing medical education, research, advocacy, and audit.

The Gastroenterological Society of Australia (GESA) is the peak membership organisation for Australian healthcare professionals and researchers working in the field of Endoscopy. As a society, GESA sets and continuously improves the standards of clinical practice in Endoscopy throughout Australia.
